Rivers State gets new Commissioner of Police

Chris Ezike has taken over as the new Commissioner of Police in the Rivers state Police Command.

The former Commissioner of Police, CP Dan Bature handed over the baton to CP Chris Ezike after a year of relentless service.

Ezike at a brief handover ceremony held at the Command Headquarters, Moscow Road, Port Harcourt promised to nip crime in the board.

Before his new appointment, Ezike was the Head of IG Anti-Crime Task Force in Edo and Kogi states.

Chris Ezike has also Headed the IG’s Monitoring Unit of the Police Counter terrorism Investigation Unit.
